Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, accessories, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger patio furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
